It is public knowledge that there is a nursing shortage. The shortage is not just Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), but it is also paraprofessional staff members. These paraprofessionals include Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, private caregivers, and Assisted Living Caregivers, Supervisors and Managers.

National trends have noted that the healthcare field will be one of the biggest industries seeking employees. Healthcare costs have sky-rocketed, with millions of dollars being paid by insurance companies, third party payers and private pay clients. Yet, the quality of care may be suffering, due to a lack of staff, nurses, and paraprofessionals.

For the seventh year in a row, nurses took the top spot in Gallup's annual poll ranking 21 professions for honesty and ethics. 84% of Americans say that nurses ranked high or very high on honesty and ethical standards Link to Article.

Think about it!! Be a member of a profession that is highly respected, always in demand, and not replaceable by a robot!! Besides, the clients you care for will thank-you immensely for the personal touch in helping them recover from illness or meet their needs due to physical limitations.

Philosophy

SEVEN HealthCare Academy believes that each student has God-given talents that need to be developed, nurtured, and encouraged. SEVEN HealthCare Academy believes each student is a unique individual with holistic needs and desires to succeed. SEVEN HealthCare Academy believes that our program facilitators have the responsibility to promote and encourage success. The students’ success must be ultimately determined by the students’ choices and behaviors as outlined in the Code of Conduct.

Mission Statement

The mission of SEVEN HealthCare Academy is to respond to each student, on an individual basis, and to promote that student’s success. Each representative of SEVEN HealthCare Academy will work with the student to overcome any barriers that may hinder his/her success.

SEVEN HealthCare Academy provides entry level or re-entry level programs into the ever-growing health care field. Our courses are approved by the Arizona State Board of Nursing and the American Safety and Health Institute. Our programs may assist you in caring for yourself, others, and the residents within your community.
