Nursing Assistant Training Program

This 122 hour course is designed to prepare individuals to complete the Nurse Assistant Certification Exam through the AZ State Board of Nursing and then practice in a healthcare agency as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Completion of the training program provides job ready skills, but does not guarantee obtaining a license or certificate to practice. Licensure and certification requirement and the subsequent procedures are the exclusive right and responsibility of the AZ State Board of Nursing. The candidates must satisfy the requirements of the State Board of Nursing Statutes, Rules, and Regulations.

Admission Requirements:
  1. Pass 8th Grade English Reading and Math Test scoring 75%+
  2. No Felony or Misdemeanor Convictions
  3. Signature of parent/legal guardian if under the age of 18.
Graduation Requirements (Certificate of Completion):
  1. Passing score of 75% or greater on all quizzes and final exam; and
  2. Completion of skills inventory checklist to meet OBRA 1987 minimum skill requirements and current AZ State Board of Nursing requirements; and
  3. Fulfillment of ALL financial obligations to SEVEN HealthCare Academy.

Cost: Tuition: $1000.00 (CASH, CHECK, or MONEY ORDERS ONLY)

Deposit: $500.00 (applied to tuition cost)

Balance: Last day of classroom instruction

Cost includes: Books and supplies, TB testing, CPR, fingerprinting, and uniform tops

Additional Expenses to the Student: White uniform pants, white athletic shoes, watch with a second hand, examination fee, binder and notepaper.
